Significant savings of more than 500 % are possible if the difference in the trays’ stacking distances is fully exploited. Either the end user or the plastic tray producer will benefit from this.
Tray denesting technology
Trays with large stacking distance.
Manufactured and stacked with a
horizontal distance between them.
The stacking distance between the
10 trays shown here is 6.4 mm.
Tray denesting technology
Close stacked trays.
Manufactured and stacked without a
horizontal distance between them.
The stacking distance between the
10 trays shown here is 1.4 mm.
A1 tray denesting technology
For denesting of plastic trays manufactured so there is a horizontal distance between the stacked trays.
Also for denesting of aluminium trays.
Tried and tested tray denesting technology.
Over 15 years on the market
INTELLIGENT AND TOLERANCE-COMPENSATING. The A2 tray denesting technology was recently developed by JKT for denesting of tightly stacked trays manufactured so there is no horizontal distance between the stacked trays. The A2 technology automatically compensates for the trays’ length, width and centricity tolerances. Tightly stacked trays without a horizontal distance beteween them can now be denested without any errors.
