Relief system Increase of tray stack height

A1

Tray denesting technology

A2

Tray denesting technology

The relief system is a mechanical unit that, as extra equipment, is integrated on top of a SPEED-DISP tray denester.

The unit allows a very large tray stack to be loaded into the tray magazine. The unit makes sure that, during the tray denesting, the denesting tools are at no point overloaded by the weight of the total tray stack.

The unit is shown here as pneumatically driven.

The relief unit handles different tray types

Denested with A1 tray denesting technology

Traditional tray types. Trays that are manufactured so there is a horizontal distance between them when they are stacked.

Denested with A2 intelligent and tolerance-compensating tray denesting technology

Closely stacked trays. Trays that are manufactured so there is no horizontal distance between them when they are stacked.
