The SPEED-DISP tray denesting machine was designed and manufactured to denest a specific tray. Whenever a new request is received, the tray in question is assessed and a detailed tray report is prepared.
During the assessment of the tray and the subsequent manufacture of the SPEED-DISP machine JKT has a procedure that ensures that our customers are supplied with a denesting solution that meets all the requirements and expectations that the market could have of operationally reliable industrial tray denesting.
A shift to another tray format means that the SPEED-DISP head itself is replaced. This replacement is easily done.
The A1 and A2 tray denesting tools are integrated in the tried and tested SPEED-DISP tray denesting system. All mechanical and movable parts, wear parts, the drive unit and the transmission parts have since 2003 proven that they make up a completely reliable system.
The first installations have denested over 40 million trays from the same SPEED-DISP tray denesting machine. In this entire period it has been proven that the SPEED-DISP tray denesting system only requires a minimum of service and mechanical maintenance, compared to all other competing products on the market.
JKT offers several different tray denesting technologies, according to which type of tray that is to be denested.
Old, traditional tray types manufactured so there is a horizontal distance between the trays when they are stacked require use of the A1 tray denesting technology. The A1 technology can also denest aluminium trays.
The A2 tray denesting technology is to be used for closely stacked trays manufactured so there is no horizontal distance between the trays when they are stacked.
The above-mentioned A1 and A2 tray denesting tools are easily integrated in the existing SPEED-DISP system.
SPEED-DISP machines can be supplied with different drive units.
Speeds of up to 150 trays/min.
(8 bar continual air pressure). Easy to integrate this solution into existing equipment.
Only a 5/2 pneumatic valve is required which is connected with two pneumatic quick couplings.
A step motor is the drive unit. Unique speeds of up to 400 trays/min. (with A2 tools).
The SPEED-DISP tray denesting head starts with a minimum format of 400 x 400 mm (depends on tray size).
